What can I use to clean the windows?
You can use any common glass cleaner such as Windex for both the glass and vinyl.
My window sash is knocked off the track. How do I fix it?
First remove the sash from the window by pushing the tilt latches inward and then tilting the sash in and laying it flat. Then lift it straight up. After the sash is out look into the track of the window and you should see a metal shoe on each side. If the shoes are not in the same position insert a flat head screwdriver into the shoe and twist it in the horizontal position (when doing this apply a small amount of pressure as the cable can spring upwards) and then slide the shoe so that it is level with the one on the opposite side. Make sure both shoes are in the upright position before attempting to reinsert the sash as the pins need to be able to drop into these shoes.
